Are MAHA Uncensored and Toxic Nation the same film?
No. Toxic Nation (2025) is the earlier film from the same filmmakers, Jeff Hays and MAHA Films, and it is about the food supply. MAHA™ Uncensored: The Truth About Medicine (2026) is the new docuseries about medicine, the one the makers' current ads promote.

Why you're confused, and it's not your fault
Search results blur the two together. Google autocomplete already pairs the names: people type "maha movie toxic nation where to watch" because both films carry the MAHA name, both come from Jeff Hays, and both circulate with free-viewing offers. Add an unrelated Indian film called Maha and a Mumbai TV channel called Maha Movie, and the results page turns into soup.
Here is the disentangling.
Toxic Nation (2025). The earlier film, about the food supply. It got mainstream attention when it launched, including CNN coverage, and it circulated with free-viewing links. Check the filmmakers' own pages for where it stands today.
MAHA Uncensored (2026). The docuseries in the current ads. Directed by Jeff Hays, whose earlier films include The Real Anthony Fauci and On Native Soil, and made with RFK Jr.'s MAHA™. The makers' ads call it a 9-episode series that is free to watch. Check their current offer for access terms and pricing.
The HHS and Fox Nation MAHA content. Federal agencies and Fox Nation have their own MAHA-branded programming that ranks for the same searches.
What Toxic Nation covered
The film compares the additives and dyes in the American grocery cart with what everyone else's cart holds. The 2025 film covers what's in the food, and parts of its argument have since moved into policy: the FDA revoked Red Dye No. 3, announced a phase-out of petroleum-based dyes, and General Mills has reported removing synthetic dyes from its US cereals.
"American kids did not suddenly get gluttonous and lazy. Something is poisoning them, and we need to figure that out."
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Senate HELP Committee, January 2025
What MAHA Uncensored covers
Medicine. Its first chapter is titled The Medical-Industrial Complex: A Success Story, and the reported chapter list runs to prescriptions, cancer, the brain and stem cells.
"We do not have a healthcare system in the process of failing. We have a medical industry in the process of succeeding."
Jeff Hays, director, MAHA™ Uncensored, in the film's press materials

Which one should you watch
MAHA Uncensored is the medical-industrial complex argument. If you specifically want the food-supply argument, that was Toxic Nation's subject, and the makers' current pages are the place to check its availability.
